Job Description
We are seeking an RPA Developer (Power Automate) to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a key member of our RPA team, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop solutions, conducting technical assessments, and providing recommendations for improvement. You will also shape and maintain RPA architecture, standards, methodologies, and best practices, as well as mentor RPA team members and the Citizen Developer community.
Requirements
- Review and validate Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop solutions
- Conduct technical assessments of Citizen Developer–built automations
- Provide recommendations to improve automation stability, performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Shape and maintain RPA architecture, standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Mentor RPA team members and the Citizen Developer community
- Monitor automation performance, identify issues, drive corrective actions, and propose preventive improvements
- Design and optimize Power Automate Desktop solutions to automate manual processes
