Requirements
- Conflict management: Ability to professionally manage conflictive situations and find constructive, mutually beneficial solutions
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify key problems, and predict preventive measures
- Professional experience: Successful experience in customer service, resolving customer complaints, and handling customer claims (advantage – in the logistics sector)
- Best practices: Knowledge of excellent customer service standards and best practices
- Document management: Experience in preparing official reports and documents, knowledge of formatting and drafting rules
- Language skills: Proficiency in the Lithuanian language (written and spoken), good English, and (or) Russian language skills
