We are looking for a Systems Engineering Unit Manager to lead our System Engineering team and implement policies, manage resources and budget, and ensure timely delivery of System Engineering reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree or experience
- Extensive experience in definition and implementation of System Engineering processes for railway systems and projects
- Knowledge and experience in System delivery according CSM and Interoperability EU directives / regulations
- Significant Experience in Project management
- Ability to lead, plan and deliver in interface with numerous stakeholders
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Desirable C1 level certificate
- EU or NATO country citizenship proof until the contract signed date
- Soft skills - leadership, independence, adaptability, proactivity, strong goal-oriented culture, very good communication, teamwork, critical thinking, open-minded personality
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite, experience in System Engineering management software tools is a plus
- Able to benchmark and apply best engineering practices of large infrastructure projects
