Requirements

• High education in engineering, immovable asset management, or technology sciences
• Work experience in managing immovable asset projects, infrastructure, or construction
• Knowledge of legal acts related to the construction process
• Experience in managing project agreements
• Ability to work effectively with several projects at the same time
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage time effectively
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of MS Project or another project management tool
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (not lower than B2 level)
• B-category driver's license
