Associate Community Pastor - Life.Church Online

The Associate Community Pastor is responsible for partnering with the Community Pastor to identify, train, and develop passionate and capable global Leaders to support the LifeGroups LifeMissions initiatives.

Requirements

• Support the Vision and Direction of the Community Ministry
• Develop and disciple leaders, including Coaches and LifeGroup Leaders, in a digital and global environment.
• Connect people to virtual and in-personal small groups around the globe.
