Job Description
The Associate LifeKids Pastor is responsible for building, equipping, and leading a team of volunteer leaders in the LifeKids ministry. The role involves recruiting, training, and placing volunteers, maintaining a positive environment, and communicating with the LifeKids Pastor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Up to 12 months of related work experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Effective conflict management, time management, and coaching skills
