Job Description
Life.Church is seeking a Director of Engineering to manage the daily operations for the platform engineering team and lead the team through the engineering process to ensure efforts are aligned with overall Digital Product strategy.
Requirements
- Manage Engineering Team
- Provide technical support on higher level projects
- Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies
- Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure
