Job Description
The Systems Support Specialist at YouVersion plays a key role in managing translation efforts and supporting cross-functional collaboration to improve translation processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Review translation requests
- Prep assignments for volunteers
- Determine appropriate deadlines and resources
- Plan and implement innovative communications
- Become an expert in the translation management system
- Maintain the translation request system
- Advocate for translation and the needs of our global community
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Identify pain points in the Support process
- Track product roadmap
- Meet regularly with the YouVersion volunteer leaders
