Join Life Fitness / Hammer Strength as Senior Manager, Global Trade Compliance to lead the company’s global trade compliance strategy and ensure compliance with international import/export laws, sanctions, customs regulations, tariff programs, and emerging ESG requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Licensed Customs Broker preferred
• 10+ years of global trade compliance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of team leadership experience
• Strong expertise in customs regulations, export controls, sanctions programs, and FTAs
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate cross-functionally in a global organization
