Job Description
Join our team and make a difference in people’s lives! We're looking for an Intensive Case Manager for the Oakland, CA & Alameda County, CA area! The Intensive Case Manager will provide assistance and aid individuals and families requiring assistance from the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in a similar environment providing social services.
- Valid California Driving License and reliable, insured transportation required
