As an Aquatics Swim Instructor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, teaching swimming lessons, promoting Aquatics programs, and maintaining pool cleanliness. You will help adults and children improve their swimming and evaluate their swimming ability to establish the correct swim level.
Requirements
- Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
- CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard Certifications (within 60 days of hire)
- Complete and pass all Life Time courses when hired
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
- Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
- Ability to routinely raise to lift more than 20 lbs
