Job Description
Emma is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to lead and disrupt the sleep industry in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Canada. The role involves managing and optimizing paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing, working cross-functionally with marketing teams, and delivering actionable insights to drive ROI. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven individual who enjoys a dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns at scale.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Bing Ads, and campaign optimization tools.
- Proven track record of driving growth and efficiency through paid media.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills
- Spanish and English fluency required
