Job Description
Join Life Care Home Health Family! As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of client care, planning, coordinating, and implementing home health services, and directing and managing field staff. You will work in an organized, cost-efficient manner and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a Home Health Agency
- 1 year of management experience
- Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively
- Demonstrates proven decision making skills
- Current driver’s license in good standing
- Current State professional license as an RN in any/all applicable states
- Current CPR
