Job Description
Drive measurable referral growth through strategic relationship development with physicians, hospitals, and key referral partners, owning territory expansion and executing targeted outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home care sales or related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth in direct sales
- Proficient in using Microsoft programs for internal and external communications, presentations, database tracking/reporting, and spreadsheet applications
- Proficiency in using a CRM solution is preferred
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Self-directed and possesses the ability to work with little supervision
