Requirements
- Two (2) years experience as a PT in a clinical care setting
- Preferred, Home health experience
- Skills: Therapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrates proven decision-making skills
