Job Description
This role is for a Provisional Speech Language Pathologist (ST) in home health, providing coordinated care to clients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders. The therapist will perform assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor case compliance, while adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining competency.
Requirements
- Experience as an SLP in a clinical setting
- Current driver’s license in good standing
- Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance
- Current State professional license in good standing
- Current CPR certificate
- Ongoing employment with a valid SLP license
