Certified Nursing Assistant- Roseau Manor, FULL TIME Sign-on Bonus $3,000.00

The certified nursing assistant provides nursing and nursing related services to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive assessment and plan of care. The role involves promoting resident-centered care, participating in the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Requirements

• Successful completion of nurse aide training and competency evaluation program approved by the State of Minnesota within 4 months of the hire date
• Met regulatory requirements for certified nursing assistant in the State of MN
• 2 or more years on the job experience as a certified nursing assistant in skilled nursing facility preferred
• Training and experience in geriatric nursing preferred
• Active on the MN State Nurse Aide registry
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and be committed to providing person centered care
• Good communication skills
• Good infection control practices
