Requirements
- Observes, records and reports to supervising therapist(s) the conditions, reactions, and responses of patients/residents/clients assigned to his/her duties
- Responsible for patient/resident/client's personal care and environment throughout the treatment
- Follows established procedures and observes safety precautions in the use of modalities and procedures
- Carries out positioning and reconditioning exercises
- Trains patients/residents/clients in specific exercises, ambulation and activities of daily living
- Assists in measuring, fitting and training of prosthesis, orthosis, wheelchairs, ambulation devices and other assistive devices
