Job Description
The Donor and Patient Safety Program Manager is responsible for promoting a culture of safety and regulatory compliance across the organization, overseeing donor safety initiatives, adverse event management, and patient safety risk reduction strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Patient Safety Manager or Specialist in healthcare
- Experience in a critical care hospital setting preferred
