Behavioral Health Clinician

Lakeside Special Care, a skilled nursing and behavioral health facility, is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to join their team. The clinician will provide comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions for adults with moderate to severe mental illness. The role also involves training and supervision of advanced-level therapy students and educating staff and residents on relevant clinical topics.

Requirements

• Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Approved to provide clinical supervision by the BBS
• One year of behavioral health experience
• Current CPR certification
• Proficiency in Verbal de-escalation and physical intervention program (Pro-Act, CPI, or HWC)
• English proficiency
