Job Description
We are searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Siena Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility with a secured STP Unit that specializes in the treatment of clients with psychiatric diagnoses.
Requirements
- CA, Certified Nursing Assistant.
- 1 Year of Behavioral Health experience in a locked or secure setting.
- Knowledge and experience with de-escalation and redirection.
- Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, staff, and visitors.
- Desire to be part of a dynamic team.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
- This position requires the successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
