Job Description
The Maintenance Assistant will maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following federal, state, and local standards, and as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Independent decision-making and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the general public
- Ability to maintain care and use of supplies, equipment, and work areas
