Job Description
Siena Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is searching for a Mental Health Worker to join their team. The primary purpose of the Mental Health Worker is to oversee clients’ adherence to the program guidelines and provide rehabilitation groups.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of job experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
- Patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
- Willingness to handle difficult residents
