Lifehouse is seeking an Assistant Manager to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with I/DD and possess strong management and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)
• Strong management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse organization
• Creative problem solving and decision-making skills
• Good general office skills, including familiarity with technology (computers/smartphones)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift more than 50 pounds
