Accounts Receivable Associate (Toronto, ON - Hybrid)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Accounts Receivable Associate to support the full accounts receivable cycle in a hybrid role based in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for billing and revenue recognition, reconciliations, collections, and applying customer payments, ensuring accuracy across accounts receivable activities and investigating discrepancies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections
• College diploma with a focus on Accounting; a university degree is considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
