Lab Patient Technician

As a Lab Patient Technician, you will be responsible for the specimen collection process and interact with patients to provide high-quality testing and results. Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent
• Phlebotomy experience is an asset
• ECG training or experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Good computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Strong customer/patient service
• Strong empathy, flexibility, adaptability to change, and problem solving skills
• Ability to maintain the strictest standards of patient privacy and confidentiality
