Technical Quality Specialist – Genetics (Toronto, ON – On-Site)

Requirements

• College diploma in Genetics Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO)
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of quality systems within a laboratory environment
• Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and the ability to assess associated business impacts
• Experience supporting audits, non-conformance investigations, and corrective action processes
• Strong risk assessment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong technical writing skills for documentation development and maintenance
• Well-developed organizational, project management, and change management skills
