The Account Manager Position Will Be Responsible For managing direct sales and indirect distributor sales to achieve business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction within the designated territory in the Life Sciences & Healthcare domain.

- Manage direct sales and indirect distributor sales to achieve business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction within the designated territory in the Life Sciences & Healthcare domain.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction and strengthen brand equity through effective relationship management and service excellence.
- Achieve sales, marketing, and financial objectives for assigned products and territories.
- Execute business initiatives to drive sales growth and improve profitability in line with team targets.
- Conduct regular visits to current and prospective customers, a minimum of 90% of time is expected to be spent in the field.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating across internal departments and supporting customers throughout the entire sales cycle—from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Collaborate with Product Managers/Specialists to develop and implement sales strategies, execute marketing plans, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders across the product portfolio.
- Should be well versed with government procurement processes, including Rate Contracts, GeM, and Tendering procedures.
- Prior field sales experience in the life sciences sector is preferred.
