Job Description
The Pharmacy Field Service role involves introducing vaccination offers to pharmacies, enabling their implementation, and systematically developing immunizing pharmacies into sustainable sales partners. The successful candidate will guide pharmacies from interest to clear decision, train pharmacists and PTAs, and take ownership for sustainable growth. This role is aimed at people who can win and activate, enable implementation through training, and develop immunizing pharmacies systematically into sustainable sales partners.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, field service, account management, training, or similar roles
- Experience in the pharma or pharmacy field is helpful but not a must
- Ability to win and activate pharmacies
- Ability to train and enable pharmacists and PTAs
- Ability to take ownership for sustainable growth
