Apotheken Aussendienst (m/w/d)

Pharmacy Sales Representative responsible for introducing and implementing vaccine offerings in pharmacies, generating growth and sustainable partnerships. Must win and activate pharmacies, enable implementation through training, and systematically develop immunizing pharmacies into sustainable sales partners.

Requirements

• Proactive approach and acquisition of pharmacies
• Clear argumentation of the economic benefits for the pharmacy and manufacturer
• Active inquiry and decision-making management
• Training of pharmacists and PTAs on processes & procedures, role distribution within the team, safe implementation in everyday pharmacy life, reduction of uncertainty and complexity
• In-depth training and refresh sessions as needed
• Identification of specific levers to increase vaccination frequency, reach, continuity, and expansion of stable partnerships with measurable sales contribution
