Apotheken Aussendienst (m/w/d)

Job Title: Pharmacy Field Service. Vaccination offers in pharmacies are at the beginning of a new market segment in Germany. Regulated developments create prerequisites for commercial growth, but pharmacies need to be convinced, enabled, and implemented consistently. This role is for people who can gain and activate pharmacies, make implementation possible through training, and develop immunizing pharmacies into sustainable sales partners.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, field service, account management, training, or similar roles is an advantage
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or pharmacy field is helpful but not a must
• Ability to work in a sales-driven but consultative approach
• Training as an active part of the sales logic
• Combination of face-to-face visits, remote contacts, and digital formats
• Close cooperation with remote colleagues to prepare and follow up
• Structured planning, clean CRM reporting, and consistent follow-up
