The Associate Director Medical Science Liaison is a manager-leader within the Medical Affairs department, responsible for providing direction, guidance, and support to a team of MSLs, managing a regional MSL team, and representing Exelixis Medical Affairs in the field.

Requirements

• Responsible for providing direction, guidance, and support to a team of MSLs
• Responsible for direct territory responsibilities in situations when no MSL coverage available
• Assessment, recognition, and improvement of MSL performance at the individual and group level
