Job Description
The Associate Director Medical Science Liaison is a manager-leader within the Medical Affairs department, responsible for solid tumor oncology HCP engagement, investigator-initiated studies, and management of a regional MSL team.
Requirements
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to a team of MSLs
- Direct territory responsibilities in situations when no MSL coverage available
- Assessment, recognition, and improvement of MSL performance
- Execute MSL strategic, operational, and tactical plans
- Represent Exelixis Medical Affairs as managers in the field
- Engage key national and regional thought leaders and healthcare professionals
