Bookings Administrator(Maternity Cover)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Bookings Team for a Fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave, with a 1-year contract. The role involves contacting patients/parents to arrange pre-assessment and assessment appointments, sending out appointment confirmation letters, and providing a knowledgeable and friendly service to clients. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a customer-focused administration role, excellent interpersonal and judgement skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm professional demeanor.
