Brand Manager to act as the brand lead for one or more specialty care brands on behalf of a pharmaceutical partner, with end-to-end accountability for strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Act as the brand lead for one or more assigned brands, with end-to-end accountability for strategy and execution
- Develop and deliver integrated brand plans aligned to partner objectives and portfolio priorities
- Translate market, customer and patient insights into clear positioning, messaging and campaigns
- Lead multi-channel / omnichannel marketing initiatives across field, digital, congress and remote channels
- Ensure consistent, compliant brand storytelling across all customer touchpoints
- Work closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal/Compliance and Operations teams
- Collaborate with partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and high-quality execution
- Support field teams with approved brand materials and messaging
- Manage agencies and vendors, including briefing and delivery of marketing assets
- Own brand-level budgets, forecasts and spend tracking
- Monitor performance against KPIs, including campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Use data and insights to continuously optimise brand performance
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Ensure all activities comply with IQVIA SOPs, partner requirements and industry codes
