Clinical Coordinator

A Remote Clinical Coordinator is responsible for developing care plans, coordinating patient care services, and ensuring patients receive the necessary medical treatment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, healthcare administration, nursing, or similar field.
• Experience of 2+ years in a patient coordinator or clinical associate role, preferably within the healthcare industry or relevant training and/or certifications as a Patient Coordinator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills(English-C1) to share updates with patients and other medical staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate compassionately, empathetically, and effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions.
• Knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willing to work from 9 AM to 6 PM EST, either Monday to Friday or Sunday or Thursday as per the requirement.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards is paramount in this role.
