Clinical Development Specialist (CC) – South of England role involves educating HCPs and internal teams on clinical aspects of urology and continence care, supporting patients and users, and developing educational programs.
Requirements
- Ability to identify and act upon business opportunities to achieve objectives
- Desirable hospital and community experience
- Specialist knowledge of Intermittent Catheters including ConvaTec products and/or competitor products highly desirable
- Experience of working with a range of clinicians from urologists, continence advisors, district teams, pharmacists, and nurses highly desirable
- Good understanding of how to signpost patients and carers to right NHS services
- Strong presenter and communicator
- Experience of delivering of training and education
- Can work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Great cross functional team working
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and report writing
- Registered General Nurse, would consider Pharmacist with MedTech experience
- Nursing Degree or equivalent qualification/experience
- Desirable evidence of Continence Training (Continence Assessment, Intermittent Catheterisation)
- Desirable training or teaching qualification
- A full driving license is essential
