Clinical Development Specialist (CC) – South of England

Clinical Development Specialist (CC) – South of England role involves educating HCPs and internal teams on clinical aspects of urology and continence care, supporting patients and users, and developing educational programs.

Requirements

• Ability to identify and act upon business opportunities to achieve objectives
• Desirable hospital and community experience
• Specialist knowledge of Intermittent Catheters including ConvaTec products and/or competitor products highly desirable
• Experience of working with a range of clinicians from urologists, continence advisors, district teams, pharmacists, and nurses highly desirable
• Good understanding of how to signpost patients and carers to right NHS services
• Strong presenter and communicator
• Experience of delivering of training and education
• Can work under pressure and prioritise workload
• Great cross functional team working
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and report writing
• Registered General Nurse, would consider Pharmacist with MedTech experience
• Nursing Degree or equivalent qualification/experience
• Desirable evidence of Continence Training (Continence Assessment, Intermittent Catheterisation)
• Desirable training or teaching qualification
• A full driving license is essential
