Job Description
We are looking for pharmacists to join the team as Clinical Pharmacists to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings, utilizing clinical expertise and commercial acumen. The role involves aiding practices with clinical tools, identifying opportunities for clinical reviews, and fostering awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care settings.
Requirements
- GPhC registered pharmacist
- Community or primary care experience desirable
- Ability to travel as required and work remotely
