Job Description
We are looking for pharmacists to join the team! As a clinical pharmacist at Interface Clinical Services, you will utilise your clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings.
Requirements
- GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 yrs PQE
- MPharm essential
- CPPE / PCPEP desirable
- Community or primary care experience desirable
