Job Description
We are looking for pharmacists to join the team! This is the perfect role for a pharmacist who is looking for career progression. You will utilize your clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings.
Requirements
- Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 yrs PQE
- MPharm essential.
- CPPE / PCPEP desirable.
- Community or primary care experience desirable.
