Clinical Pharmacist

We are looking for pharmacists to join the team in this exciting role where you will utilise your clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings.

Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 yrs PQE
• Community or primary care experience desirable
• Willing to travel as required, along with remote (home) working
