We are looking to hire a Community Manager to scale our recently launched men’s health community. The Community Manager will have full ownership over the community and will report to the General Manager of men’s health. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment and build a men’s health community from scratch.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and managing online communities
- Prior experience in email marketing and CRM
- Strong communication skills — you write clearly, warmly, and in a human tone
- Familiarity with platforms like Circle, Discord, Slack, Geneva, or similar
- Comfort with hosting online events (video Q&As, panels, etc) and organizing in-person events
- Passion for men’s health, wellness, or broader wellbeing themes
- Ability to work cross-functionally with content, clinical, and product teams
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and growth-focused
