Data Analyst

Data Analyst responsible for monitoring and supporting production job flow in a multi-platform environment, responding to job failures/issues, and escalating issues requiring second-level support. Provides training to new/junior analysts and acts as a subject matter expert for other analysts. May support off-shore production hub, client-facing teams, business line initiatives, or 3rd parties, and provide input for new system development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with programming languages (C#) and databases (SQL Server)
• Proficient in SQL queries and stored procedures
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI)
• Working knowledge of Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Solid job control language skills or experience with distributed platform operating systems and PC operating systems
• Familiarity with scheduling software packages and problem management tools
• Thorough understanding of production environment requirements and IQVIA products
