IQVIA is seeking a Data Analyst to provide customer success activities for a portfolio of accounts. The role involves data analysis, customer satisfaction, and market insights.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or science with a focus on data analysis
- Experience: 4 years of experience in data analysis, experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or sales would be appreciated
- Solid analysis and data manipulation skills
- Ease in creating reports and synthesizing information
- Rigor in quality controls and data validation
- High level of intellectual curiosity
- Developed oral communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business needs
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of computer tools: Excel and Office Pack, Business Intelligence tools, Gitlab, PowerBI, Python
