Director Commercial Strategy

Director Commercial Strategy position at Syneos Health, responsible for defining and managing strategic portfolios, driving budget and planning processes, and leading cross-commercial projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree (MBA or Life Science related)
• 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and related experience
• Strong knowledge of the Services side of pharmaceutical/biotech and/or medical device industry
• Ability to develop and analyze financial models (Excel)
• Strong financial acumen and business finance understanding
• Extensive project management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Highly effective verbal and written communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Ability to mentor and influence virtual team members with varying levels of seniority
• Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 10-25%)
