Lab Associate - Flow Cytometry

We are seeking a Laboratory Associate - Flow Cytometry to join IQVIA’s laboratory business at Valencia, CA. The role will involve performing and documenting analytical procedures, preparing data analysis results, and assisting in quality investigations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6 months experience in a regulated laboratory environment
• Basic knowledge of assigned technical area, systems, and procedures
• Proficiency with relevant laboratory techniques
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control procedures and practices
• Good computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders
