We are currently looking for a Senior Country Study Operations Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing clinical studies from inception to completion, ensuring that they adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your leadership will facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders, driving the operational delivery of various studies across multiple countries.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of clinical trial study management experience required
• Comprehensive knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complex processes and adapt to changing technologies
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Fluency in written and spoken English required
• Experience in a matrix management environment is essential
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with relevant operational experience
