Lead Formulation Technician (12hr nights, D shift, 2-2-3 rotation)

As a Lead Formulation Technician, you will lead and oversee the preparation of complex formulations, mentor and train team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes. You will have key responsibilities that directly affect product quality and efficiency, and contribute to bringing life-saving medications to patients worldwide.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or sterile manufacturing, four (4) years preferred
• Hands-on experience in aseptic or sterile product formulation and using SAP or other manufacturing systems strongly preferred
