Job Description
The Learning Advisor serves in a content oversight and content development role in support of Learning Solutions Clients. They are accountable for implementing solutions designed by the Solution Design (BD) team and serve as the Learning Strategist on project teams.
Requirements
- Interact with key client stakeholders pre-sale, at kickoff and throughout the entire project duration
- Conduct need assessments to evaluate current Client training gaps and needs
- Develop Training Roadmaps, which include defined curriculum with recommended modality and sequencing
