Job Description
Amgen is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Rotating Night Shift to support maintenance and repair activities for production equipment at the Amgen Rhode Island manufacturing site. The role will involve working as part of a maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and support manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED and 1 year of utility operations or maintenance work or military experience
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as cGMP manufacturing
- Familiarity with executing and documenting maintenance work orders in a CMMS (e.g., Maximo)
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and equipment documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
